Charlotte was my first coach/therapist. When I met her, I was in a strange state of mind, like I was missing "my life compass" and I felt that I needed someone to guide me back to the "right path". From day 1 she mentioned that she uses the 3 principles as the base of her guidance, which I can't say that I have learned to understand properly, but I do believe that one day I will learn to see the link between the 3 principles, as time goes.
In other words, before meeting Charlotte, I was very fearful because of my job situation (i was unemployed), and during the last years i had a toxic environment at my previous job, which put me in a state of sadness, unfulfillment and anxiety. Whenever I was talking about that job, I would start crying without knowing why. This state of being constantly afraid for tomorrow and lack of stability caused that I would often live/ talk too much about my past memories or my future plans, and somehow at the end of the everyday I would be mentally exhausted, without actually doing a lot.
After meeting Charlotte she helped me start rebuilding my confidence slowly, and helped me see that everything I needed can be found inside of me, and we are capable of self healing. She has also explained to me how important it is to live in the present (not in the past or future) and how the thoughts can be a distraction that can cause us not to enjoy the present moment. As part of her philosophy based on 3 principles, I got to understand that life has got me, and that would snap me out of the long list of thoughts that make me worried. As a result I spend less time in fear/ worries mind state. Thanks to Charlotte, my mood has improved, I have become more positive and relaxed, learned how not to take things too seriously and fill everyday with laughs at silly things instead of overthinking them.
Best regards "Maria"

The best to you,
Hilsen Jeanette Blaabjerg
A Testimonial From Claire Godwin.
A day with Charlotte, a bit like a spa day for your brain.
Time out to do nothing, nothing but focus on me and my thinking.
Thinking which may be getting in the way of my success – my success meaning being happier and more fulfilled; and when I have those foundations a little more solid I can build other ‘successes’ from that place.Charlotte has a very, very special way about her – a wonderful presence to be with – you feel (I felt) totally accepted for all of me.
To be honest, initially I wasn’t bothered about making a piece of jewellery -I though, yeah ok ‘ll go along with that, keep an open mind Claire! (I thought it might waste time when I wanted to get the most out of my time with Charlotte).
Goodness how wrong was I – it was the best part of the day (ok next to lunch maybe! Hehe). Clever Charlotte – she knew that getting me to have a play with beads (and I now have a very special bracelet which I treasure and wear) – my analytical brain which is pretty active took a back seat for a while and allowed other thoughts to bubble up and – as I reflect back on our day together, a warm glow builds inside me – wonderful.
Don’t get me wrong – it wasn’t a heavy day – it was so many things and fun was defo in there – of course!
If you could only take away one thing from the day what would that be?
A mind more peaceful
A mind knowing, I mean really knowing and getting ‘IT’ – when I say ‘IT’ I mean all my thoughts – are just that, thoughts – I am living in the feeling of my thoughts
POWERFUL – and so gentle.
On-going – of course but now I have the direction …
With one word, what would best describe your experience on the day?

Testimonial from my Creative Healing Workshops:
“The Creative Healing workshop I attended was magical! Charlotte held the space perfectly. She helped and encouraged me as I made had my first ever attempt at making jewellery. I loved the whole process and couldn’t wait to wear my new necklace with pride when I got home.
As a therapist I have experienced a lot of inner child work, but Charlotte guided us through the process so gently that I was able to connect with another, more playful side of my inner child.
I left the day feeling connected, uplifted and inspired! If you’re thinking about doing a workshop with Charlotte, don’t hesitate!
Nicola Humber, Hypnotherapist and Abundance Coach.
What a fantastic package of personal exploration you offer through your Creative Healing Workshop!
The jewellery making was wonderful to do and, as someone who has a cupboard full of unfinished crafts projects, it was incredibly satisfying to see something through; thanks for keeping me on task! I have worn my necklace every day since …. that’s 4 days!
I loved the work we did with the inner child. Surprised at how calm I felt on meeting this previously unrevealed part of myself, I’m hopeful that this is the start of a beautiful relationship!
I felt truly nurtured from the moment I walked through the door – your home was welcoming, the food was delicious and the event perfectly planned and executed! The group was made up of open and insightful individuals – a pleasure to work (and play!) with.
Every success with all your professional endeavours, Charlotte.
Much love, Alex x
Charlotte, I was immediately attracted to the description of your Creative Healing Workshop – it
was clear that I would be spending creative ‘me’ time with a true ‘creative’ in a homely environment.
I was absolutely right.
Charlotte, you and your home simply exude creativity and warmth.
I loved the jewellery making but, more so, the time and space to explore my playfulness which has been in hiding and all too often gets left behind on a ‘day to day’ basis.
Spending time in your presence was simply a joy.
A wonderful day (and gorgeous lunch) with like minded ladies – what’s not to love?
I left with a real sense that it was time for creativity, self expression and spontaneity to claim a bigger part in my day, my week, my year.
Watch this space!

I learned so much and can feel healing has started to happen too. It was both creative and productive. I loved the ambience of your beautiful home, the spirit of yourself and the other women who attended, the jewellery making was so much fun, and the inner child work was both gentle and powerful at the same time. The food was delicious too! This creative healing workshop was a real treat for my soul and I’d highly recommend it to any woman, but especially those who feel they are too busy or caught up in the everyday stuff to attend!

I want to write and thank you for such a wonderful day. To sit at your table and take some time to simply stop. To look at all the stones and tools, to handle them and feel excited by doing something new. I got so absorbed in making the necklace, it was a wonderful treat. I felt like I was taking care of myself! As you know, I made the necklace for my mum to give her for Christmas and I have kept it beside my bed.
It has been reminding me to be grateful for those around me and makes me feel warm and content when I think of giving my mum this present. I know she will love it because I know she loves me.
It is a pleasure to have met you Charlotte, I feel very lucky to have done so.
